IOP Carers Fund

Following the finding of the Survey on Childcare that members were unable to claim the costs of additional childcare when attending meetings and events, the IOP has recently established the IOP Carers Fund to support members to attend IOP meetings, events or conferences that they might not otherwise be able to attend because they have the responsibility of caring for someone.

Any IOP member is eligible to apply for a grant of up to £250 to help fund additional care arrangements necessary to enable their attendance at IOP meetings, conferences or events.

To apply for a grant from the fund please complete and return the Carers Claim Form (Word, 50 KB).

Payments will be made after the event upon completion of a Carers Return Form.
